I feel Camomile Tea needs some more recognition for its relaxing a stress reducing benefits.
I took this away on holiday last week and really felt the benefit, helping me to relax and destress.
Also extra benefits being plastic-free and organic 🙏🏻💚

So who's in need?!

Welcome to Scorpio Season! It's witchy time!
♏️ Scorpio 23rd Oct - 21st Nov

Sometimes thought of as a Fire sign, Scorpio is actually a Water sign; deeply intuitive (sign if the witch) and secretive, they don't always share about their emotions.
You may be aware that these spiky scorpions like to be in control and can be power hungry and intense yet fiercely loyal to their friends and family and great listeners with their understanding nature.

Crystals for this sign/season:

Black Obsidian/Snowflake Obsidian for protection from negative energies, grounding and healing on a deep inner level.

Amethyst for balancing deep emotions - instilling peace and sound sleep.

Labradorite the crystal of transformation and helps to tune into inner wisdom and intuition.

🖤🖤💚💜

Just arrived!
Re-stock of Pure Omega 3 capsules and new in - Creatine Monohydrate powder from Bare Biology

Did you know....Women synthesise less creatine overall than men?

Not only does creatine support muscle growth and cellular energy, it has emerging evidence in brain health and women's reproductive health.

This powder is easily mixed into drinks to be taken daily.
Pair with omega 3, vitamin D, magnesium and resistance training for optimum results 🙌
