Join me on a 4-week journey to feel more YOU again. Learn breathing techniques to switch off fight/ flight, sound practices to stimulate your vagus nerve bringing you back into balance. Meditations to guide you into presence and notice your patterns (so you can bring kindness and acceptance to them but also release what is not serving you)
We will meet in a small group each week to meditate, breathe and BE. We will share a mini spicy tea or cacao, we will journal our intentions and what we wish to release.
You will finish the course feeling more present, lighter, yet more grounded and connected to LIFE.
Each session will include recordings and journaling to do at home between sessions.
I cannot wait to share with you
With love

There's no mistaking it, Spring is definitely springing into action and, with the evenings getting lighter and the resurgence of energy literally coming up through the ground, it's a great time to improve our movement and mobility.

Kayleigh's Thursday evening classes are a great place to start on your Pilates journey, but also challenging enough if you simply want to build on your current level of fitness.

There are 3 weeks left in her current term so it's a brilliant time to give it a try before committing to a longer block in April.

Either get in touch here - https://www.roundhillwellbeing.com/contact/ - or contact Kayleigh on 07786 565025 to find out more or book your space.
