Welcoming the full moon. What a magickal energy. Resilience and survival, inner strength, emotional depth, a time of letting go, a time to rekindle your fire if it has been dormant.

Morning I have spaces for Mondays Soundbath if anyone is interested- at Alderholt village hall, doors open at 7.15pm, for a 7.30 start. The exchange is £15.50 payed in advance. Drop me a message if you fancy an evening of crystal bowls and Tibetan gong sound immersion therapy to melt away the stresses of everyday life. Followed by tea and gf and vegan treats to re ground from the journey ###
