🌸 Farewell to the Dahlias 🌸

As the seasons begin to change, we're saying goodbye to the last of the beautiful dahlias blooming outside The Pennington Clinic.

These vibrant flowers have welcomed our clients throughout the summer, adding a splash of colour and bringing a smile to everyone who visits. Their final blooms are a gentle reminder that beauty evolves with every season and that there is something special to appreciate at every stage.

This brow was originally tattooed over eight years ago, and like many older procedures, the colour has slowly faded to a cool grey tone. We see this often - older style pigments soften and shift over time, especially when they’ve been sitting in the skin for so many years.

✨ A Gentle, Beautiful Brow Build for Our Fair Clients ✨

This lovely client is naturally very fair and like so many of our blonde and red‑toned beauties, she was nervous about ending up with brows that shouted - or worse, looked heavy or slug‑like.

At The Pennington Clinic, that will never happen.

Emma took her time to carefully design and plot the perfect brow shape, talking through colour choices, healed outcomes, and exactly how soft the first stage would be. She then gently implanted the first layer of pigment - just enough to create shape, balance and structure without overwhelming her delicate features.

As this initial procedure heals, the pigment sitting on the surface of the skin will dry and flake away, leaving a much softer result underneath. For fair clients, this stage can look too light - and that’s completely normal.

This is where the magic of the top‑up comes in.

When she returns, now confident in Emma and the process, we can implant another layer of pigment - perhaps even a slightly deeper shade - to achieve her perfect, natural end result. It’s a gentle build, done slowly, thoughtfully, and with zero drama.
