Mudra (hand gestures) 🙏🏽👌🏽

Yoga Nidra ( guided meditation) 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘‍♀️

And of course there will be time to chat, laugh and find some Joy! This will be served up with some homemade
cake 🍰 some fruit 🍎🍓 and hot drinks ☕️
