Please do drop me a line of which one jumps out to you & I’ll message you separately.

Thank-you for taking part, it warms my heart if it can help someone through a bad day or equally puts a smile back on that beautiful face 🩵🤍🩵🤍

❤️ For those of you that are new here -

👋 Welcome, I’m Sam, the face behind Bowen head toe tail, thank-you for being here.

💫 It’s been my dream to help people & dogs & to be living that dream is pretty special.

🏡 Behind the scenes it’s always pretty chaotic, I’m a wife, a mum of 2 little people & 1 furry one.

🥰 I love holistic therapies & always strive to do my best to help anyone that comes my way. I believe honesty is the best policy.

📞 If your wondering what I do then please do get it touch, I’d love to hear from you.

Much love,
Sam x

🌿 Every single day, every step of the way, our body supports us.

Through working, resting and moving, our body is constantly responding and adapting.

Bowen Therapy works gently with the body’s systems, using subtle movements to support its natural way of rebalancing. 💚

✨ Gentle touch. Whole-body support. ✨
