Feeling unwell? Something doesn’t feel right? Worried about a friend?

Please ask for help early.

Our event medical teams are approachable, professional and there to help—not to judge.

Whether someone needs reassurance, basic treatment, medical assessment or further assistance, speaking to the team early can prevent a situation from becoming more serious.

During Freshers’ Week, look for clearly identifiable medical staff or ask venue security where to find us.

💚 We’re here when you need us.

🌅 An early start and a spectacular sunrise for our team today, providing medical support for the North East Skinny Dip! 🌊

It was a privilege to help keep everyone safe as participants took to the water for this fantastic event. A huge well done to everyone who braved the cold water—and to all those working behind the scenes to make the morning possible.

From community fundraisers and sporting challenges to water activities and large public events, Excel Medical Solutions provides professional, risk-assessed medical cover tailored to each event.
