Sitting down after being with a delightful client, tailoring their prescription to them, listening to them, and taking into account their whole experience and how their life is for them. Homeopathy isn't one-size-fits-all; it works well for acute first aid, shock, bruising, etc., but there is so much more to it.

I often prescribe this beauty. 💎

Aquamarine - returning to a state of calm mental alertness

Never before have humans been exposed to such overwhelming mental input—much of it beyond what we are naturally equipped to process. Aquamarine gem elixir brings a soothing, cooling clarity to an overstimulated mind. With excessive mental stimulation, we often lose focus, become irritable or agitated, and struggle to relax or sleep.

Aquamarine acts preventively by creating a mental oasis of clear receptivity, countering overwhelm and overstimulation. It is especially helpful when the mind and nervous system remain in a prolonged state of excitation and arousal. Those who spend significant time behind screens—both children and adults—are particularly vulnerable to this over-arousal. Aquamarine restores balance by stabilizing and re-grounding the connection between soul, mind, and heart. By encouraging us to turn our focus inward, it slows the rate of input, allowing us to easily return to a calm, alert state of mind.

Aquamarine is one of six essences that provide a Natural Reset for Body, Mind, and Spirit on sale through August 31. Follow the link in the comments section to learn more and to find these special essences in the online store.

Amazing essences, I use them in my practice. People respond so well to Alaskan Essences along with Bach Flower along side Homeopathy and Homeobotanicals. 🌸🌸🌸🌸

Malachite – grounding and harmonizing body, emotions, mind, and spirit

Malachite is another crucial grounding gem essence in our collection. It is particularly beneficial during times of transition, personal growth, or after stressful experiences, when you may feel disconnected or when different aspects of yourself seem at odds. Malachite helps bring your body, emotions, mind, and spirit back into harmony, creating a stronger sense of inner stability and coherence.

Integrating these four aspects of our being after periods of intense growth or expansion is necessary to complete each cycle of experience. When it doesn’t occur, our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves can become out of sync and begin working at cross-purposes with one another. Malachite helps us integrate our experiences, restoring inner harmony, clarity, and strengthening our grounding, allowing us to move forward from a coherent, centered place. Malachite helps you get it together and keep it together!

Hello, lovely community

I'm Jeanie — and I want to share something about the way I work, because it matters.
When you come to me, I'm not just looking at your symptoms. I'm listening for what lies beneath them. I trained as a psychotherapist before walking into natural medicine — and that thread of deep listening, care and curiosity never left me.

At Meadow Homeopathy & Well Being I draw on homeopathy, Homeobotanicals, HomeoHerbal blends, and Alaskan Essences — because everything is connected.

Your story, your body, the natural world. None of it is separate.
Every person is an individual.
There is no template.
There is only you, and what you need right now.

If you're wondering whether there's a gentler, deeper path to feeling well — I'd love to have a conversation. Book a consultation
