🍂 Autumn Equinox Day Retreat 🍂

As summer begins to soften into autumn, I’m opening the doors at Oaklands for a beautiful, nourishing day together.

We’ll be working with the energies of the Autumn Equinox, the Virgo New Moon and the earth goddess Banbha — a day to come back to ourselves, reconnect with the earth and gently consider what we want to nurture and grow as we move into the next season.

There’ll be yoga, guided meditation, a New Moon intention-setting ritual, journalling and sharing, followed by a deeply restful alchemy crystal singing bowl sound bath.

And, of course, plenty of nurturing too — a delicious home-cooked lunch, homemade sweet treats, tea and time simply to be. 🩷

intentionally small, with space for just 10 women.

Sunday 13th September, 10am–4pm
Oaklands, Puncknowle
£80

To book, message me or WhatsApp 07990 514948.

A whole day to slow down, be held, connect and welcome the turning of the season. 🍂

This summer I’d love to welcome you to one of my gatherings.

Whether it’s greeting the morning with yoga beside the sea, unwinding with a lakeside sauna and sound bath, celebrating Lammas at sunset, or gathering in circle beneath the Full Moon, each event is created to offer time to pause, breathe and reconnect.

I keep my groups intentionally small, creating a warm, personal and supportive space where everyone feels welcome.

If one of these calls to you, I’d love to hear from you.

Recorded beneath a cacao tree in Costa Rica.
Jungle sounds, hummingbird medicine, and the living spirit of the land🩷

Here I was guided by to learn from the Bribri , preparing cacao in the traditional way — not simply making chocolate, but honouring a sacred plant teacher.

What you see in my face is pure joy… and something deeper.
A remembering.

A deep connection to the land, the people, and the spirit of cacao 🩷
