You know what you need to do. The hard part is actually doing it when you’re tired, busy, can’t be bothered or have a million other things going on.
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life. You don’t need to train 6 days a week, eat perfectly or suddenly become the most disciplined person in the room.
BUT if you keep saying you want to get fitter, feel better in yourself or make progress towards your goals, at some point you have to start backing yourself up.
Not with big promises. With the small things you said you were going to do.
Because you can have all the knowledge in the world, but it means very little if you never put it into practice.
Your habits don’t need to be impressive. You just need to follow through - if you need a hand with staying accountable or giving you some extra motivation you know where I am 🤍
