The fee is £50 in total for the course. The 1st 'taster' session is free.
You can then look forward to your new meditation journey!

A bit about me........ My name is Sue Warnock and I have worked as a psychologist (broadly within in the education field) for quite a long time! I have also facilitated meditation sessions for the past few years and I am a trained meditation teacher. Meditation can bring many benefits to mind and body and I enjoy supporting others in their path. The classes will be pretty laid back and not that serious (so do bring your sense of humour with you!). The aim is for you to acquire a new (and healthy!) habit - to reap the benefits of meditation and to enjoy.

Hi, and welcome to Simply Meditation - which is just what it says on the tin!
Beginners meditation classes are to be held close to Barkston (nr Grantham) from January 2024. Over the course of 5 weeks, a wide range of meditation styles will be explored, as well as a dip into the history of meditation and its benefits to health and well being. If this is of interest, please get in touch to reserve your place.
