What an amazing session today at our Louth Wellbeing Hub satellite session at Kenwick Park Spa. Each month we meet on the last Friday at 10am for a time of Forest Bathing, Mindfulness and a few hours of simply connecting, talking & signposting (and when we can, a sound bath)

I love working with these guys and I love how every month is different depending on who's attending and where the conversation goes!

A huge thank you to Maddie our Louth Community Connector, Sarah of Sarah Travis - A Positive Life and Zack of Viviphi .. I couldn't do these sessions without them!!
