Today is world mental health day. A reminder, in these busy and stressful times, that looking after your mental health doesn’t need to be a luxury in life. It is, in fact, necessary. And there is ssooo much you can do for free. Sure, retreats, massage, circles etc are all fantastic. But a walk outside to get fresh air, journalling, breathing are just as good to maintain your mental health. AND…… they are free.

Loved this concept that I heard about how we get ideas,
How they all live on a frequency and will be accessed by multiple people, operating at similar frequencies 💫💫💫And to me it just makes a lot of sense to me.

My fave month of the year! 🍁🍂🍃

I love how the leaves are turning the trees golde, red and brown. I love yhr cosy nights, early into pjs, fire on, soft lighting and candles and for me, this season just feels magical. And if I’m honest, I felt like I’d lost my magic for a while.

Today I’m going to make time to set my goals and intentions for the month. I’m even going to share them on my Instagram chanel, let’s so this together and see whwt magica can unfold in the last 3 months of 2026.
