Thankyou to my wee sound group clients tonight. A group of teenagers , having a wee re set for their prelim stresses. A reminder that its not only adults that need a rest. Blowing a hoolie, outside, but not in the cabin. Thankyou girls ❤️

Well this week's group therapies were so nice to take. Watching everyone laying there either sleeping or just looking so snug was a delight. Nothing beats snug on a cold night. Knowing that the sounds hit better when my clients are in complete comfort is great. Loved it. 😍

I realised today ive never shared this space on here. And thought its time. This is my baby larkfield guerrilla gardens. And though its winter its still a beautiful space to go and sit and relax. Its such a nice peaceful space. And is home to my bee hives. ( yes im also a bee keeper) bees are amazing for PTSD and anxiety. Which is why I have them, not for the honey ( thats a fab bonus) this is the community garden and is open to all. If you need time out , this is a perfect wee place to be in nature without trekking up the hills. Growing has ended, but peace remains. And the bees are settling down for hibernation. This place is full of my energy, so if you cant get to me, heres your next best thing. Its free and it will leave you feeling rested for sure.

Also if anyone wants to use this space for free gatherings of events that will help others on their journey feel free to message. So long as they are free for your client nd for a good cause, like fund raising, awareness days etc I wont have any problem supporting it, as will the committee ❤️
