🎂✨ ANOTHER BIRTHDAY MONTH KINDNESS GIVEAWAY IS HERE! ✨🎂

I may have missed doing a giveaway on my actual birthday 🤦‍♀️, but my birthday kindness plan is for the whole month❤️

So, I'm making up for it by gifting one lucky person something truly beautiful...

💆‍♀️ A FREE VITALITY FACE MASSAGE! 💆‍♀️

This isn't your ordinary face massage. It's a beautiful holistic experience combining a gentle skin cleanse, lymphatic drainage, crystals, Reiki, gorgeous essential oils and a wonderfully relaxing scalp massage. It will no doubt also include facial reflexology. ✨

A little time to slow down, let go of the outside world and simply RECEIVE. 💗

Because sometimes, the person who needs a little kindness the most is the person who keeps giving it to everyone else.

SO, LET'S PLAY! 👇

If you could gift yourself ONE thing right now, what would it be?

More time?
More peace?
A little confidence?
A proper rest?
Or maybe an hour where nobody needs anything from you? 😂
Something else?

I'd love to know!

🎁 HOW TO ENTER:

✨ Comment below with your answer.

✨ Make sure you're following Sacred Soulutions so you don't miss the winner announcement!

📍 IMPORTANT: This is an in-person treatment in my Relax Room in Halstead, Essex, so you must be able to attend in person to receive your prize.

🎉 One lucky winner will be chosen at random after the giveaway closes.

💗 Entries close: Sunday 25th October at 8pm
🌕 Winner announced: Monday 26th October - Hunters Full Moon day!

Feel free to share the kindness with a friend who deserves a little TLC, too. ❤️

Good luck, lovelies! And thank you for being part of my little corner of the world. 🥰

With love and birthday kindness sparkles ✨️💖✨️

✨ No two healing Soul Sessions are the same ✨️

A recent session is a beautiful example of how intuitively this work unfolds.

A lovely regular client came without really knowing what she needed from our time together. So, we grounded, settled into the space, opened our hearts and allowed the energy to flow.

Knowing the Relax Room is a safe space, a little chat led to a moment of realisation, giving us our starting point.

From there, we followed what felt right. Some breathwork and heart-opening, visualisation and affirmations, then time on the couch with crystals, Reiki, energy movement and essential oils. 💫

As always, we finished by grounding, allowing space to integrate and reflect, and pulling an oracle card for guidance to take away.

And the next session? It could well be a totally different process. 💕

Because there's no rigid plan or set formula. Just intuitive, client-led work, drawing on the tools I've learned along my path.

Some sessions involve talking; others are quieter, with more time for energy work. Mostly, it's a little of both.

That's the beauty of this work. We work together, responding to what's coming up for you, rather than trying to fit you into a particular process.

You don't need to know what you need before you arrive at Sacred Soulutions.

Just arrive, be open, and allow the natural flow.

🍂 IT’S OCTOBERRRRR!

And you know what that means…

It’s officially my birthday month! 🎂💖

I arrived in this world on 9th October, and this year I want to celebrate the amazing support Sacred Soulutions receives by spreading a little kindness rather than just waiting for the cake. 😂

☕️🌳Brew with a View - that’s a wrap for 2026!

There’ll be no Brew with a View this Wednesday, 30th September, and with that, this little summer gathering comes to the end of its 2nd season.

A huge thank you to everyone who has joined me throughout the year. 🫶

We’ve enjoyed some beautiful weather, a gorgeous location, plenty of laughs, lovely conversations and, of course, a good brew or two! ☕️😂

It’s been such a pleasure sharing these little Wednesday moments with you, and I’m so grateful to everyone who supported it, popped along, brought a friend, or simply stopped for a chat.

As the seasons change and we head into the colder months, I hope to see many of you again somewhere along the way, whether that’s at another Soulutions gathering, in the Relax Room, or simply out and about.

Until then, take good care of yourselves, stay warm and cosy, and thank you for making Brew with a View such a lovely part of the year. 🍂✨

Wishing you all a beautiful autumn. ❤️

See you on the other side of winter! ☕️🌿✨

✨ You may have noticed I’ve been a little… social media quiet over at Sacred Soulutions lately. 👀💜

And no, I haven’t disappeared down a mystical rabbit hole… although there may have been some witchy brewings going on behind the scenes. 🧙‍♀️🪄✨

I’ve been busy wearing all the hats as you do as a one-man-band 👒 🤣.... working with clients, tweaking the techy stuff, updating the website, creating new things, playing with ideas, refining existing ones and generally bringing lots of little pieces of the Sacred Soulutions puzzle together.

Some of it has been practical, some of it has been creative, and some of it has been those “Ooooh… what if I did THIS?” moments that then send me off down another rabbit hole. 😂

But it’s all part of something bigger.

✨ Sacred Soulutions is evolving, and so am I. ✨

So, behind the scenes, I’ve been bringing everything together, like a magic potion.

From reflexology and Sacred Soul Sessions to energy work, mentoring, meditation, workshops and my growing collection of soul-led resources, you’ll find the latest offerings, events and ways to work with me over on my website, with more updates pending (one day soon I'll be happy my website is doing what my vision shows, and can stop tweaking 🤣).

So, if you’ve not visited for a while, or never actually popped over at all, have a little wander.

And as for those new things I mentioned… well… let’s just say there are definitely a few things brewing in the cauldron behind the scenes. 🧙‍♀️🪄🌙

I’ll share more when the potion is ready. 😉

In the meantime, if you have any questions, I'm always here. 💗

Love & sparkles,
Vicci ✨💖✨

PS ... I love witchy season if you can't tell 🤦‍♀️🧙‍♀️🤣

🧘‍♀️ A little update about Wednesday’s Sacred Meditation 🧘‍♀️

After giving it one last little chance for bookings, I’ve made the decision to cancel this Wednesday’s Sacred Meditation & Sound Bath, as we haven’t reached the numbers needed for the session to go ahead.

And, you know, that’s absolutely okay. 💜

As this was our final session of the season anyway, it feels like a natural point to pause, reflect and say a huge thank you to everyone who has joined me at Sparrows this year 🫶

And of course, a massive thank you to Sparrows Campsite for providing such a beautiful space for us to gather. 🌳

This year has been a quieter one, but that doesn't take away from the lovely moments we've shared. My heart is full of gratitude for another season doing what I love in a space I love to be 💗

So, for now, we're saying goodbye to our evening meditations at Sparrows for this year…

Thank you, Sparrows. 🫶💗
Thank you to everyone who came. 🫶💗
And I’ll see you next season. ✨

Love & sparkles,
Vicci ✨️💖✨️

✨ This week in the Relax Room ✨

A little look at my availability for this week 💗

Whether you're looking for some quiet time, a reset, reflexology, energy work or simply an hour where nobody needs anything from you… there are a few spaces available.

You can see this week's appointments on the image below.

If you don't see a time that works for you, message me anyway. My diary isn't always as fixed as the availability image suggests, and I may be able to find something that works for you. 😌

Love & sparkles,

✨ Did you know some of my sessions can be held online? ✨

So distance really is no problem. 💜

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of holding a 30-minute Soul Reset over Zoom.

My client chose to sit outside for her session… and as we settled in, we realised she was sitting beneath a beautiful rowan tree. 🌿

Rowan is traditionally associated with healing, renewal, spiritual growth, intuition, protection and resilience, so what a fabulous subconscious choice for a session all about resetting and reconnecting with yourself.

We worked with a combination of techniques including breathwork, meditation, crystals, essential oil energy, oracle cards and Reiki.

Different tools, different ways of working… but all supporting the same intention: creating space to pause, reconnect and shift what no longer needs to be carried.

And then, along came cat energy. 😂🐈‍⬛🐈

A beautiful black cat called Hope appeared and promptly settled herself on my client's shoulder during meditation…

…and then a young ginger Tom decided it was the perfect moment to have his first ever climbing adventure... up the rowan tree, directly above my client! 🤣

You couldn't make it up 🤣💗

By the end of our express session, my client felt more aligned, balanced, uplifted and in a much better place than when we began. 💫

Sometimes 30 minutes really can create a beautiful little reset.

And whether you're sitting in my Relax Room or beneath a rowan tree somewhere else in the country, the work can still happen. ✨

If your soul is asking for a little reset, you know where I am. 💜
