This progress has been a rewarding one 🧡

After dealing with 2 years of ongoing pain, getting to the point where she’s more comfortable, sleeping better and has no pain in her leg is a huge improvement.

And I can’t take all the credit 😅 Her progress has come from the work she’s put in between appointments. She’s been incredibly consistent with the stretches and exercises I’ve given her and that hard work has made a real difference.

She’s now at the stage where we can space her appointments out a little further and focus on maintenance, which is exactly where we want to be.

If you’ve been putting up with pain for longer than you should, find out how we can help at impulsechiropractic.co.uk ⬅️

POV: you didn’t do the exercises I gave you… and now we’re both pretending to be shocked that nothing’s changed 🫠

Your appointment is only part of the work. We can adjust, treat and guide you but unfortunately, we can’t follow you home and do your exercises for you 😅

Long-lasting change happens when you put the work in BETWEEN appointments 🤝

So take this as a plea to do your at-home exercises, we promise they’ll help!!

We’re not judging you.. but there are clues 👀

None of these positions are automatically ‘bad’, but when they become your default for hours every day, they can contribute to discomfort.

So next time you’re standing or sitting, have a think about this 🤔
