A Tea Ceremony under the trees 🌳

Last weekend Alice and I a group of wonderful people through a yoga session under the tree’s canopy, followed by forest bathing & a tea ceremony.

A chance to have a tea made by someone else for you, a moment which meant so much to some.

These sessions are an opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself, others & nature. A space to be held by Mother Nature 🌬️

Next session is in November at Adel Dam Nature reserve.

See you in the woods soon 🌳
