Herts Holistic Sarah-Jane Tepper: Holistic Therapy, Grief Healing, Sound Training - Hatfield, Hertfordshire. She also provides online support for Anxiety.

For the last ten years, Sarah-Jane has worked within the media industry at Elstree Studios, contributing to the wellness of the onsite staff and production teams as well as the local community. Sarah-Jane addresses the body-mind connection and provides both physical therapies including Massage and Reflexology with energy work. Sarah-Jane is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists where she is on their Accredited Register as recognized by the Professional Standards Authority. She is also a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England), and a tutor at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine in Harrow.

Releasing grief with a simple water ritual can feel very cathartic. We used dissolvable ink pens to write down our sorrows so the water would absorb the words. Each attendee also received an Apache Tear crystal to take home. The legend behind these crystals tells of the Apache tribe who were outnumbered against the US cavalry during a conflict in 1870. The tribe were cornered on top of a steep cliff in Superior, Arizona, and so facing defeat and unwilling to surrender, the warriors rode their horses straight over the edge to their deaths. The Apache women wept for days at the base of the cliff and their sorrow turned to dark obsidian stones known as Apache Tears.

Grief encompasses all of the losses encountered during our lifetime as well as the longing for a life that might have been or the things we wished we had done.

Ritual Oils beautiful blend of Moringa Oil with Blue Lotus Absolute has inspired a whole new treatment.

A ritual is a repeated sequence of actions performed the same way on each occasion for cultural and personal significance. Rituals can blend practices involving plant medicine, energy, and symbolism. In this case the inspiration comes from Ancient Egypt where Blue Lotus was associated with the Egyptian Sun god, Ra. It is regarded as the 'Flower of Enlightenment', a heal-all ancestral flower in creation stories. This water lily is known for it's powers of euphoria, intuition, and aphrodisia.

This treatment involves a ritual for the face, hands, and feet, blending the ceremonial practices of brushing with feathers, cleansing with warm water, anointing with oil, rhythmic massage/tapotement, and music.

And enhanced with heart opening Cacao (optional add-on), Lapis Lazuli crystals and blue lotus flowers.

I'm often in creative mode, looking at ways to make your treatments as captivating and magical as possible. The physical part: massage, reflexology etc is one aspect, but what makes these treatments stand out?

I have always received visions of Egyptian symbology while channeling Reiki - the Eye of Horus, Anubis, scarebs, snakes etc and while I find mythological stories wild and wonderful (Isis for example was married to Osiris - who was also her brother) the impact they had on cultures and society was far reaching. The Egyptian/Greek/Roman crossover sees these stories manifest even further and I've had same raised eyebrows researching their significance and power. Isis seems the most apt to assist in my new treatment, The Ritual.

I want women to feel like the goddess they really are and Isis was the epitome of goddess - the mother and giver of all life. A moon goddess who gives birth to the sun and is also the goddess of medicine and wisdom. The creator and sustainer of all life and the saviour of all people. She represents total feminity. We will overlook the fact she was married to her brother 🤨

39 weeks pregnant and ahead of a planned C-section next week, my client and I had fun looking for the baby on her foot. It's often on one foot or the other, very subtle but once you see it... locate the outline on the second image and you should be able to make out the facial features.
