I’ve just put a new session live for a Sunday evening…first one 1st November, maybe just a pop up one but it feels like it might offer the space and ‘feeling’ people are in need of right now…🌹

I’m calling it The Sunday Exhale
An evening to put the week down and come back to yourself.

Sunday evening can hold a particular kind of energy and this offers you a chance to put down some of what you’ve been carrying, let the noise of the week settle and come back to yourself before you step into another one.

Full details on the website. You can link through the bio xx

I’ve started something new.
I’ve been talking on here and in my recent mailing about following our nudges — and then a really strong one landed for me!
I’ve started a blog!

I know. They’ve been about for years. I realise this is not innovation or original thinking, but I’ve never really engaged with blogs myself and I definitely hadn’t considered writing one.
Until I did.
And now I’m doing it 😊

It’s called From The Medicine Room and the first post is called and other random musings.
It explains a little about what I’m expecting the blog to be about (because, knowing me, it could evolve quite dramatically!) and why I’ve felt drawn to create it.

So if you fancy a little read, you can find it through the link in my bio or directly on my website…🌹

What does it actually mean to live in our truth?
Not the big, dramatic version of truth.
The quieter kind.
The kind that asks whether the way we live, work, create and relate is actually aligned with what matters to us.
Because it’s one thing to say we value connection, community, reciprocity or authenticity and a whole other thing to let those values shape the way we move through the world.

Baljinder did something recently that caught my attention.
She put a shout out on her socials asking the people she trusts to support her music — and offered reciprocity in return.
I loved the simplicity & honesty of it. No pretending she didn’t want or need support.
No awkwardness around asking.
Just:
this matters to me.
I value what I’m creating.
This is how we can support each other.

Honesty.

So perhaps truth , living our truth, is simply living closer to what matters. Knowing who we are and being in total congruence, by letting what we value shape how we choose, create, give and receive.

And in the spirit of honest and truthful reciprocation…..

Baljinder is an artist and songstress whose work — and the way she lives her values — I really admire. I have the beautiful Lilith piece pictured in this post, sitting in The Medicine Room, and her powerful accompanying track Sat Nam — I am truth feels like a perfect expression of this whole thread -Truth. Creativity. Connection. Reciprocity.

If you’re curious about her work, please go and have a look. Listen to her music.
See what speaks to you. 🌹

There is a quiet medicine in the art of noticing.
Lately, the universe has been speaking to me through the symbol of horses—their raw power, their stamina, and their ability to run their own race without looking back.

When we slow down enough to pay attention to the patterns, the synchronicities, and the things we are suddenly drawn to, we realize we are always being guided.
The things that catch our eye are often just mirrors for what is trying to awaken inside of us. But noticing is only the first step. The real work is sitting with what we find, allowing the insights to drop down from the mind and settle into the body. It takes patience to let an internal unfolding find its feet without rushing to fix, change, or immediately understand it.

I’ve had to practice this myself over the last few weeks—learning to unhitch myself from carrying too much responsibility, clearing my own field, and trusting the natural pauses in my own rhythm.
It isn’t always easy to just sit and let the dust settle, but it is where the real magic happens.

Coming back into my own alignment has brought a fresh clarity about how I want to direct my energy. I’ve realized a strong desire to focus on supporting more 1:1 work, because I know just how powerful these containers are for navigating growth, transitions, and threshold moments.

With that in mind, I’m opening up some space for new clients in the studio this month, so if you’re navigating your own evolution right now and feel called to sit with me, I’d invite you to get in touch. DM or via the website …

There are lots of different ways to work with me this month including 1:1’s.

And whilst the sessions are all different, underneath them is something very similar:
A chance to slow down, come back to yourself and listen more deeply.
Sometimes that might be rest. Sometimes sound, drum or voice.
Sometimes intuition, deeper knowing or exploring what sits beyond the obvious.

There’s space here for healing old hurts, liberation for the soul, connection, curiosity, laughter and simply becoming a little more available to life.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you arrive.
Just notice what you’re drawn towards.
Here’s what’s happening in The Medicine Room & beyond for the rest of October 🌿

I’m hoping to see you soon 🌹

What does it mean to be successful?
To be winning at life? And who decides?
What’s the measure of that success?
And when does healthy competition become something else — something that creates more division, more separation, more of the very thing we say we don’t want?

I’ve been thinking about comparison.
Because what does it actually give us?
At a mind and heart level, does it nourish us?
Or does it leave us feeling less than, resentful, superior, bitter, anxious… somehow separate?
And actually, I’ve been doing this one for years 😂
I used to get it written in my school reports all the time:
“If Kerry spent as much time concentrating on her own work as she does on what’s going on around her, she’d get a lot more done.”
They may have had a point.

This isn’t a new human story.
But it does feel like something is going on right now that has us feeding the wrong wolf.
And I wonder what might happen if we put as much energy into clearing our own karma, questioning our own biases and meeting our own judgements as we sometimes do into judging what someone else is doing.
Not as a way of becoming better people.
Just as a way of becoming more conscious of what we’re feeding.

And I totally include myself in this.
I’m not standing outside it, pointing in.
I’m in it too.

And I keep wondering…
What if success had less to do with being ahead of someone else,
and more to do with becoming more fully ourselves?
What if there was nothing to win?
What might we do with all that wonderful energy then? ….

Sometimes you just get a nudge.
A quiet sense that you should go somewhere, speak to someone, try something different.

Even when you can’t quite explain why,
I think it’s worth listening.
Not because you need fixing or want someone to tell you what you should do.
But because sometimes something in us ‘knows’ before we have the words for it. Something stirs, and is simply asking for our attention…

And if that nudge happens to bring you through the door of The Medicine Room…
there’ll be a cup of tea waiting for you.
And a space where you can simply be yourself.
No judgement. No expectations. No need to have it all figured out.
Just space to pause, listen and see what’s here. And also what more of life might be available to you.
You don’t have to know why you’re coming.
You can just come

Love, Kerry 🌹
