The Missing Peace I'm Amy, founder of The Missing Peace. Offering classes, 121's, retreats and workshops. I teach yoga, relaxation and meditation.

I am passionate about connecting people to their unique brilliance, as this then allows them to live a full and fantastic life. I have studied spirituality for many years, and will forever be a student.

Joy isn’t something we wait for.

Life can become so full of responsibilities, caring for others, rushing from one thing to the next, that we forget what it feels like to simply breathe… and feel like ourselves.

That’s why I’ve created Calling in Your Joy.

It’s not about forcing yourself to be happy. It’s about slowing down, softening, moving your body gently, breathing deeply and giving your nervous system the chance to settle.

Together we’ll enjoy:

But this one comes with tropical sunshine, yoga overlooking the Arabian Sea, dolphins, delicious vegetarian food, breathtaking Indian sunsets and a whole week where your only job is to relax...
✨ From 15th–22nd March 2027, my dear friend Cat and I will be hosting a beautiful 7-night yoga and wellbeing retreat in Goa, India.
This week isn't about being flexible, experienced or "good at yoga."
It's about slowing down.
Reconnecting with yourself.
Laughing, resting, exploring, eating well... and leaving feeling lighter than when you arrived.
