I may be painfully stubborn when it comes to breakfast choices but change does happen, honest!

Aftercare... It's not just me being bossy!

These sessions ask for courage.

They act as a container for empowerment
a stage for your soul's needs to be heard
a catalyst for choosing lasting change
BUT
If you're not able to allow yourself a single day to honour yourself, then how can you expect the universe to unconditionally gift what you crave?

I only ever see one client a day for shamanic energy healing (aka soul empowerment sessions) because that time is dedicated to YOU.
It's not just what you experience during our time together, but all of the unseen magic behind the scenes.
From preparing myself and the space through ritual to translating your notes from channeled information to email.

The role of a shaman/light worker/healer/sage/therapist/medicine person isn't to HEAL YOU, it's to hold the mirror.
If someone else (potentially a total stranger until that day) is able and willing to hold space for you, why would you not do it for yourself?
