She came wanting to feel grounded, quieten some of the noise of the world and find a little peace.

Hello. I have some leftover full moon energy obviously 🤣 🌕🌝so I’m starting a Full Moon Book Club. I need to read something a bit light and fun. Rather than the heavy study stuff so thought it might be a good idea.

Currently I am its only member 🤗

With our next full moon falling just five days before Halloween, I thought a slightly witchy first read was called for.

So I’m going to read The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna . Witches, autumn, a little bit of magic… although if I’m completely honest, the Norfolk setting probably swung it as I have lots of fond memories of the area.

If anyone fancies joining me and seeing how this pans out, drop me a message.

I thought I would set the target of the next full moon to finish by and if anyone has read it too, we can share notes online and/or in person to chat about it over w**e and/or tea 🍷☕️ I think that’s how book clubs work 🤭

🐴💌 Letters from the Herd

Okay, I’ve had a little idea…

I want to start a snail mail club. No emails, no WhatsApps, just actual post landing on your doormat.

So I’m looking for 10 people who fancy helping me try it out.

Once a month, over the next three months, a letter will arrive on your doormat, inspired by life in the field, the changing seasons, the herd and all the little things that happen.

That’s all I’m telling you. 🤭

There’s nothing you have to do and nothing you have to reply to, just a little bit of lovely arriving in the post, because I think we could all do with a bit more of that. 🤗

My coaching is experiential and shaped around you. Depending on how you’re feeling and what you need, we can work with sound, alongside the horses, or with a little of both.

SOUND-SUPPORTED COACHING | 60 mins | £45

We’ll begin with time to chat and explore what’s present for you and what you need that day. Sound can then be woven into our time together, offering space to slow down, regulate, reflect and simply be, especially when the world feels too loud.

Sessions can take place in your own home, at the farm or in a local studio space.

HORSE WISDOM | 60 mins | £45

1:1 coaching alongside my herd. Through thoughtful questions, gentle exploration and whatever unfolds with the horses, we create space to explore what’s present for you, your patterns, choices, boundaries, relationships or simply “What’s next for me?”

No riding or horse experience needed.

HORSES + SOUND | 90 mins | £65

A longer 1:1 coaching experience at the farm, where we can work alongside the horses and incorporate sound, shaped around what you need on the day.

You don’t need to know which way of working is right for you before you contact me.

Before Autumn Comes 🍂

I had an idea…

Before summer disappears completely, I thought it might be lovely to spend an evening together at the farm.

Tea. A little sound. Time with the horses. Something to create if you fancy it. And a chance to stop for a while and notice what this summer has brought.

Something you’re glad you did.
Something you’d like to carry forward.
Something you’re curious about.

You can write, draw, chat, share, or simply sit and listen.

I was walking the land this morning and this beautiful feather popped up after being with herd 🪶

I have always feather are little signs, reminders and or connections from something or someone sitting in a higher place.

Today it felt like perfect timing as I begin my reiki journey.

I think it is a Buzzard feather. The buzzard doesn’t fight to stay in the sky, it waits for the currents and spreads its wings and lets it be lifted.

Still present and totally aware.

Maybe a gentle reminder today for me to trust the flow and notice what’s supporting me and connecting me.

Hope you all have a beautiful day. Take a pause and notice what’s around if you can. Even for 60 seconds 🥰

Sometimes I think we live in a world full of information.

We read books

We listen to experts

We know what we are supposed to do

Yet knowing isn’t always the same as believing and feeling

The body often needs time, experience and gentle reminders before something begins to feel true

The mind can understand something in a moment

The body needs to experience it before it feels safe enough to believe it
