For those that don't know already, I am Louise, the joint owner of Humber Nutrition!

In the run up to the Christmas and party season I would like to offer people the opportunity to have a FREE wellness evaluation and body scan. 🤩

This is a really relaxed chat about your current nutrition and goals.

We then do a body scan which looks at visceral fat, body fat, muscle mass, metabolic age and hydration.

It really is interesting and quite insightful into what's going on inside the body.

In my 50s now, seen so much, survived so much.

Politicians, conflicts and crises come and go. They always do.

And when we finally pass they will continue whether we are invested in them or not.

So invest in yourself. Make the most of this one life on this amazing world.

It’s far more beautiful and full of goodness than the news would have you believe.

So be a little ‘healthy selfish’!
