With over 25 years of experience working with plants, RHS horticultural training, and a First Class Honours degree in Clinical Herbalism, I create safe, seasonal remedies and therapeutic treatments to support both body and mind. 🍂 THE WINTER HERBAL LARDER 🍂

Join me at The Herbalist’s Table on Sunday 22 November for a seasonal morning exploring the herbs, spices and traditions of winter. Base Camp Education 📖🌱🌏

As the days grow colder, we’ll gather around the herbal table to explore familiar plants, discover traditional preparations and enjoy the flavours and aromas of the season.

🌿 What we’ll be doing:
• Exploring winter herbs and their traditional uses
• Tasting seasonal herbal infusions
• Creating your own winter tea blend to take home
• Making a warming mulling spice bag
• Preparing a traditional herbal cough syrup together, ready to take home

Your morning includes all materials, refreshments and everything you make.

Have you ever wondered how the plants and foods in your kitchen can support you through the colder months?

This Sunday, we’ll be gathering around the table to explore the history of Fire C***r, why it became such a popular traditional winter preparation, and the ingredients that go into making it.

We’ll chat about the plants, herbs and everyday foods we can bring into our winter routines, look at their traditional uses and what modern herbal knowledge tells us, then get hands-on.

There’ll be plenty of chopping, cutting, preparing and mixing as we make our own jar of Fire C***r to take home. It’s a chance to learn, ask questions, share knowledge and spend a couple of hours connecting with the plants and food we use every day.

I’m Emily, a qualified Medical Herbalist, and I love helping people feel more confident about working with herbs and making their own simple preparations at home.

You don’t need any previous experience. Just come curious and ready to get stuck in!
