A little SoulFull update 💓

03/09/2026

I realise I didn’t actually update about SoulFull but as you can probably tell I’m not working right now. I’m allowing the grief to release in whichever way it needs to.
I can’t be of service to my clients if I can’t look after myself and it would go against everything I teach and stand for.

So if you are grieving, bereaving or releasing either emotionally or physically, use any tools you have at your disposal but also know that you are spirit having a human experience and sometimes healing comes through dis ease as the body releases toxins and all that is no longer needed.

SoulFull will return when the time feels right. Until then sending you my love ❤️& light ✨

I’m trying to capture my grief journey and view it with curiosity

Writing poetry to my mum has been the most comforting way for me to release it
Notice the little p***y willow thingy … they’ve been following me around and landing on me since mum passed 🤍

Using things that belonged to my mum is really helping me feel connected to her, I bought her this mug but I know she loved it 🥰 now I have my coffee in it every morning 🌅

There have been so very many signs since mum passed. I’ll do a separate post about these soon as I know they bring me great comfort, so maybe they can help others who are grieving roo 💓

Since the day mum died I have been practising gratitude daily that the universe made her my mum, that she is no longer poorly, that she passed peacefully, that I can communicate more clearly with her now than I have been able to in the years of her illness. Also for the overwhelming love and support I have been shown by family, friends and my community 💛

This Palo Santo incense bought for me by Louise Godsil is divine and has been a constant companion, as have my beliefs in life after death, death is just the beginning

Creating aromatherapy blends for others who are grieving has brought me great comfort. Essential oils are master healers.

My grandma used to love oxtail soup and then my mum would make it for us when we were feeling poorly. I was craving it the days after she passed

This little earth angel has been my shadow since mum died. The night I got the call I was on holiday with my family in our caravan. I had to go to the car to make calls to my extended family so I didn’t wake anyone.
When I got back into bed, trying not to disturb anyone with my tears, she curled up next to me and let me cry into her fur .. I’ve been doing it ever since 🐾

I went to see Tom Odell with my daughter a couple of weeks before mum died. He was sensational and his music has been soothing my soul ever since.

What things help you when you are grieving? Let me know in the comments

Following the recent death of my wonderful Mum, all SoulFull activity is paused until the Autumn so I can make space for my grief 🤍

The Scent & Sound event is postponed until October (date TBC) and 1-1 client work will recommence late September to early October 🍁

I have been moved beyond measure by the love, support and compassion I have been shown at this time 💛

Please consider signing up for my quarterly newsletter to keep up to date with SoulFull news moving forward. It’s a really helpful way to support me whilst I am taking a grief break & there is a free gift to download when you sign up.

Oshadhi Essential Oils are beautiful and as a qualified Aromatherapist I recommend them to everyone. I use their oils in my practice for use with clients and in products too. They currently have a special offer on grapefruit essential oils. Check out my recent post on why grapefruit EO is such a good addition to your wellness toolbox. It’s like sunshine for the mind, body and soul ☀️

Bring a little sunshine into your day with Grapefruit Essential Oil ☀️

With its bright and zingy freshly peeled citrus aroma, grapefruit is one of aromatherapy's most uplifting oils. Cold-pressed from the peel of Citrus paradisi, grapefruit essential oil is naturally rich in limonene, giving it its sparkling, refreshing aroma that's loved in diffusers, body care, and natural home fragrances. It is perfect for improving focus, boosting motivation and positivity, and refreshing your home with a clean, vibrant scent.

⚠️ Please note: Grapefruit essential oil is phototoxic, so avoid direct sunlight or sunbeds for 12–18 hours after applying it to the skin.
