As a sole trader, my business is my livelihood, and every appointment matters. When you book an appointment with me, I set aside that time especially for you, often turning away other clients in the process. When appointments are missed without notice or cancelled at the last minute, it directly affects my income, as I only earn when I work. Unlike larger businesses, I don’t have a guaranteed wage to fall back on, and my time is my income. I completely understand that things can happen unexpectedly, but I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you can’t attend. Please remember that behind every small business is a person working hard to make a living. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and my livelihood. ❤️
