An incredible evening at the Peterborough Apprenticeship Awards 2026, a night of celebration and recognition, whilst raising money for CPSL Mind 💙 We raised nearly £2000!

I was honoured to be asked to represent CPSL Mind AND present an award, a real pinch me moment ☺️

I am very thankful for moments like this☺️ CPSL Mind is an incredible charity to work for and should be shouted about at every opportunity.

Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind) is a values-based, mental health charity. It is a highly collaborative organisation, providing a range of strengths-based services and projects to support recovery from mental health problems and promote positive mental health across our diverse communities.

As we move into the beautiful, quieter energy of autumn, I’m opening a few spaces for Reiki healing sessions in October🌿

Reiki can offer a gentle opportunity to slow down, breathe, release what you may have been carrying, and simply make some space for yourself.

If you’ve been feeling called to receive some nurturing energy, rest and support, I’d love to welcome you. 🤍
