Since taking over Balance Natural Health in 2021, one of my favourite things has been uncovering little pieces of its past.

This fax, dated 26 August 2003, is a reminder of how long the business has been helping customers and working with suppliers—long before online ordering and emails!

These small discoveries make me appreciate the history behind the business even more.
