Hello! My name is Linzi, I am a client of Melโs.
I was over the moon to come across Mel as she is one of the very few professionals in the Highlands specialising in post surgery Lymphatic Drainage & other various services such as Brazilian Sculpting and deep tissue massage. I am no stranger to this treatment so I knew who/what I was looking for.
I had surgery myself when I found Mel although that was not my sole purpose of regular sessions. Over time I realised that each body is so different and unique in terms of recovery, inflammation, fluid retention, hormonal changes - now this is where I fell in love with Melโs craftโฆ
She curated a special service for me, only me, which has helped me cope with a hereditary neurological nerve disease, slow digestion, migraines and the old body clock slowing down.
The magic is that I have learnt from Mel along the way, what she is doing, why she is doing it, and how to continue looking after myself at home post treatments.
Trust the process and think of it as a slow reset and eventually - you will feel the flow and harmony, of course you can feel grand after one session but trust me, regular sessions had a huge impact on my healing, inflammation, bloating, day to day life and not to mention, Iโm lucky enough to achieve a smaller waist after sculpting. This is likely for most smaller leaner people but really depends on bodyshape etc as sometimes the work is happening internally, and itโs working hard!
I have stuck with Mel due her up front no B.S approach to real situations, sheโs honest, informative & has an ability to make you feel super comfortable to the point I can walk in, vent, laugh or cry and she will have the right โpotionโ to help.
