We’re delighted to introduce Jacob, who has been part of our team for the past two months! 💙👏

Jacob is an absolute pleasure to have on board & we’re so lucky to have him as part of our team. He brings a wonderful attitude to his role &
his hard work, dedication and willingness to help make a real difference to our day-to-day operations. 🥰

As our Care Coordinator, Jacob has the very important job of managing everyone’s rotas and coordinating staff schedules, helping to ensure our carers are in the right place at the right time and our clients receive the care and support they deserve.

And let’s be honest, we all know that managing rotas is no easy task! 😅 It takes patience, organisation and plenty of juggling behind the scenes. Jacob works hard to keep everything running smoothly, and we truly appreciate all that he does.

Beyond the rotas and daily responsibilities, Jacob is a wonderful addition to our team & we’re so pleased to have him with us. Thank you, Jacob, for all your hard work and for being such a valued part of our care family. 💙

She’s only been with us a couple of months as our Assistant Quality Field Manager, but already she has brought so much positivity, reassurance and support to the role.
