So things haven’t turned out quite to plan in the Dominican Republic.

I caught a horrible cough and sickness bug, spent 2 days in bed and ended up in hospital for fluids and meds after becoming severely dehydrated.

Fortunately I’m on the mend and we were able to push the fire walk back until Friday. Phew!

Thanks to Jim Gardner for taking such good care of me! 💖🤗🥰 he’s been by my side the whole time.

And thanks ZARIA Retreat Center for your kindess, especially Sergio for helping navigate the hospital.

Looking forward to regaining strength for 🔥👣🔥now
