The Milkworks is back on Monday 26th October 💚

A relaxed feeding support and social session for families and children of all ages.

Come along if you’re finding your feet with feeding a new baby, have questions or niggles you’d like to talk through, or simply want a chilled, inclusive place to spend time with other families.

Sarah will be on hand to offer feeding support whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding or anything in between.

You can also access:

Maternal Journal is our monthly art journalling group for mums.

Join us for easy, mindful, creative projects which come with free belly laughs, openly crying and hot drinks & snacks.

Maternal Journal is a facilitated group but you can join in as much as you like, share or don't share, go deep on the creative reflections or doodle quietly. You're so welcome.

All materials provided or you can bring your stash and we will enthuse about your new washi tape and pens.

A not for profit group, you can pay what you can to attend. Open to all who feel a curious connection to the maternal, babes in arms can come with you.

More time among the trees this October 🌳

There are three Wild Ones sessions still to come at Arley Arboretum & Gardens:

🌳 Wednesday 14th October - 1pm
🌳 Wednesday 21st October - 1pm
🌳 Wednesday 28th October - 1pm - HALF TERM SPECIAL

Wild Ones gives babies space for sensory and movement play among the trees, while mums get time for gentle mindfulness, creativity and real conversation.

And on Wednesday 28th, we’re opening Wild Ones up for our Half Term Special - all ages and family members are welcome to join us.

Fresh air, good company and some time away from the noise of everything else. 💚

Bump & Baby Café is back this month 💚

A FREE monthly meet-up for new parents and pregnant people, come along to meet friends, make new ones and find support in a relaxed space.

You can get support with feeding, baby wearing and cloth nappies, and the café will be open for refreshments and food.

There’s also a Wellbeing Walk held by the local Family Hub before the café. It meets at The Clubhouse at 10am and you’re very welcome to join both.

An evening to slow down, get creative and explore your experience of motherhood. 🎨

Maternal Journal is our guided, facilitated small group using creative journaling to explore the experience of being a parent.

You don’t need to be an artist or arrive armed with fancy supplies. Bring your own journal and materials if you’d like to, or use everything freely available at the session.

Babes in arms are welcome, with a relaxed floor space and sensory toys available for little ones.

☕ Hot and cold drinks, sweet snacks and fruit are included too.

Wild Ones is a session for babies and mums at Arley Arboretum with sensory and movement play for little ones and mindfulness, creativity and real connection for you.

Fresh air, good company and time that’s genuinely yours too.
