✨ Exciting news for Worcestershire families! ✨

We’re absolutely delighted to share our new collaboration with Public Health Worcestershire to fund 760 pregnancy and postnatal exercise class spaces across our Glowing Mamma classes in Worcestershire, as part of The Woodbury Space.

These funded spaces are designed for women who would love to attend classes but are unable to due to personal circumstances- whether that’s financial pressures, mental health challenges, social isolation, or other vulnerabilities. Our aim is to make sure more women can access the support, movement and community that Glowing Mamma provides during pregnancy and motherhood.

Our midwife-led pregnancy and postnatal classes support both physical and emotional wellbeing during the perinatal period, helping women feel stronger, more confident and connected.

To ensure these places reach the people who would benefit most, we’ll be working closely with healthcare professionals across the county, including:
• Midwives
• Health Visitors
• Obstetricians
• GPs
• Mental Health
• Community hubs and local support services
