Highland Hustle is a unique Scottish dance based workout with a feel good factor! It builds gradually so you can find a pace that is right for you. Laura

Highland Hustle is a Scottish dance inspired fitness class, incorporating a mix of highland and ceilidh dancing steps with fitness moves to upbeat music! The classes are suitable for everyone, from beginners who think they have 2 left feet to those are experienced dancers. Low impact or go for it with high intensity – your choice! Plus there’s some exercises for toning your wobbly bits too. Highland Hustle first came to Killin as part of the Killin Music Festival, I enjoyed it so much I decided to train as an instructor to allow everyone in Killin to enjoy the health and wellbeing benefits that Highland Hustle can bring.

I’m riding on a high (if a tad of a sore one from so much jumping!) after taking 4 mini classes with Killin & Crianlarich Primary schools yesterday and ready for more fun with all of you tonight! 6.30-7.15pm see you there!! Don’t worry I give the adults the option whether you want to jump or not!!

Reintroducing our class which has been going strong in Killin for nearly a decade for those who might not have heard about it before: Looking for a fun way to exercise? Enjoy a ceilidh? Highland Hustle is a welcoming group exercise to music class inspired by Scottish Dance.

Suitable for a wide variety of fitness levels; we have had class participants from teens to 70s and everything in between with options offered to suit your fitness level. No dance experience is required our class ethos is about having fun rather than worrying everyone is going the same way/arm/leg etc! We use a mixture of music from old party classics, new chart toppers and of course some Scottish influences in there too! Your first class is free if you want to come along and try it out. Or perhaps you’ve not made it in a while please don’t be shy about coming back along! Classes are £6 or if you attend regularly you can buy a 5 pass class for £25
