Yoga helps you to find balance both physically & mentally, to feel calm and rejuvenated. By working with the seasons, eating seasonally and changing the energy of our practice as the seasons change we can re-balance and re-energise the body, connect more deeply with nature and feel fantastic! My classes offer a gentle, mindful, flowing practice that improves physical strength and flexibility, and brings harmony to your life. They align with the 5 seasons defined by traditional Chinese medicine (Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn & Winter) to enhance your health and wellbeing. As it's a gentle practice, it's ideal if you're new to yoga, not so flexible, dealing with a chronic condition or recovering from illness or injury. Weleda has been growing plants organically and creating natural health and wellbeing products for 100 years. You can buy natural, organic, ethically produced skincare and healthcare from my webshop using the Shop Now button. I'm always happy to help with questions or more information; I receive comprehensive training as a Wellbeing Advisor and have been using the products myself for many years. I can also offer skincare consultations or events, in-person or online, where you can try the beautiful products for yourself.

This weekend is the first full moon of Spring.
It's a micro-moon and the energy is gentler and calmer than some other full moons.
Inviting you to slow down, connect with the rhythms of nature and enjoy just being as well as doing; finding balance, harmony and connection in your life.
Why not take some time to use this reflective energy to explore where you can do some spring cleaning to create more space and balance, physically, mentally and/or emotionally.

It's a full moon this weekend and it's nice weather; the perfect time for planting, especially flowers and plants that grow above the ground. I'll be planting these lovelies tomorrow 😀🌸 Maybe some salad leaves on a windowsill as well 🌱
