❄️ HAPPY NEW YEAR. ❄️

As 2026 begins under a blanket of snow, though it is beautiful to look out on, it has caused some disruption to our normal routines - reminding us that flexibility is a strength, and alerting us to slow down, adapt, and take care. 🤗
As things settle, I am looking forward to supporting you through the year ahead with Reiki, Access Bars and Emmett Technique - helping you move through the year feeling lighter, calmer and more balanced. 💫
Best Wishes for a healthy, happy and joyful year ahead.
