🤧 Cold or flu …….. do you know the difference?

They can cause similar symptoms, but flu usually hits harder and faster.

👃 A cold tends to come on gradually, mainly affecting your nose and throat. Think sneezing, a blocked or runny nose, sore throat and a cough.

🌡️ Flu can come on suddenly, with a high temperature, body aches, headaches and exhaustion that leaves you too unwell for your usual activities.

Symptoms can overlap, so these differences are a guide rather than a diagnosis.
