A Very Special Sound Journey ✨

Step into the stillness of a beautiful local church and allow yourself to be held by the sound.

This will be a very special soundbath. A deeply restful journey inward, surrounded by the beautiful atmosphere and acoustics of this unique space.

An evening of deep rest, stillness and resonance amongst crystal bowls, gongs and a variety of percussion. Come, lie back and let the sound gently bring you home to yourself.

Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow and anything else you might like for your comfort.

Come cosy, come as you are, and allow yourself to receive. 🤍

Thursdays 8th, 15th & 22nd October, 11am

A deeply restorative practice of breathwork, asana and movement, designed to build strength and flexibility while quieting the mind. Each class ends with extended Savasana and a soundbath. Classes are limited to 4 people and bookable individually or together.

£15 per class.

As the light softens and we’re drawn inward, this month’s sessions are all about slowing down, releasing what’s ready to go, and giving your nervous system the rest it’s been craving.

✨NEW Reiki & Sound: Gentle hands-on Reiki healing woven into an immersive soundscape to support deep rest, balance and renewal. Allow the edges of the day to blur, and simply receive.

🌕 Full Moon Deep Gong & Mantra Immersion: The vibrations of gong and ancient sanskrit, amplified by the full moon energy, carry you to somewhere beyond thoughts and words.
