Rebel and healer the same thing 😇

I have my winter boots on 🥾and a very bright pink jumper 👚as the temperature here in West Sussex has dropped (9deg on the school run this morning ) we can see the seasons are indeed changing .. the trees are losing their leaves 🍁 and the plants in the garden are slowing down and conserving their energy ( lots going on deep in the ground )

But..

Just look at this vibrant blue sky and my white potato plant flowing on my garden fence … ( you have to look 👀 closely but it’s so nice to see such beautiful flowers in October)

Are you getting ready to slow down ?

Do you even know how to slow down ?
( it’s hard when we are taught to push on through .. )

Anyways ..

Colour can heal …

Nature can heal …

Getting out in the sun ☀️ in the morning 🌅 can really set your day up to be a great one… and not forgetting helping with sleep 💤

Trees… ☘️

Beneath the quiet stillness of a forest lies a vibrant, interconnected world—one where trees aren’t solitary beings, but part of an intelligent, communicating network.
These “silent giants” send messages, share nutrients, and support one another through vast underground systems and subtle chemical signals.
The network behavior in trees suggests they’re part of a cooperative and interdependent community, working together in ways that benefit the forest as a whole.
