bibic is recruiting a Trustee of Fundraising.

We are a national charity, supporting neurodivergent individuals through developmental therapy for more than 50 years. As we enter a new phase, we want fundraising expertise on our board to help secure bibic’s financial future and ensure we have the resources needed to maximise our impact.

This is a voluntary, non-executive role, strategic and advisory, focused on fundraising strategy, income generation and building sustainable funding to support the children, young people and families we work with. Prior trustee experience is not essential, and full induction and support are provided.

If you are an experienced fundraising professional motivated by social impact, we would love to hear from you. Find out more about the role on our website, and please share with your network.

Every child deserves support that starts with their needs, not a diagnosis.

The recently published Independent Review into Prevalence and Support for Mental Health Conditions, ADHD and Autism highlights the importance of timely, needs led support for children and young people.

At bibic, we believe support should never depend on a diagnosis. We work with children and young people with or without a diagnosis, focusing on understanding their individual needs and providing practical strategies to help them thrive. Because it's about support and strategies, not labels.

💙 Families don't have to wait months or years to access our help. Our current wait time is under 10 weeks, helping families access support sooner.
