Did you know?

Muscle strength naturally declines as we get older, but regular strength exercises can help you stay strong during perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

🔹Helps maintain and build muscle strength
🔹Supports bone health
🔹Improves balance and reduces the risk of falls

Try to work all the major muscle groups at least twice a week using weights, resistance bands, gym equipment or your own body weight.

Start where you are. Build gradually.
