Loving this time of year, a little chilly this morning but a lovely dog walk along the TransPenine Trail near me. 🍁🍂
Before losing weight I would have struggled trying to walk, as I would be out of breath, my legs & ankles would hurt & burn & I just wouldn’t enjoy it! Now I’m loving a long walk with Odie after losing 6 stone with Slimming World 🐾🥰
