How’ve you been finding the heat these last few weeks?! 🥵

If you’ve been struggling, these gentle yoga stretches are the perfect way to cool your body, slow your heart rate and calm your nervous system.

The perfect way to start your morning or unwind at the end of the day!

Give them a try and let me know how you get on 💛

I saw do this and had to recreate 😅😅

Reminder: movement is about making everyday life easier 🤍

Movement has always been a staple for me, but this last year has looked a little different.

A chronic illness flare-up has meant a lot more time curled up in bed or on the sofa than I’d like, days where movement felt impossible and my body needed me to slow down.

I’m slowly finding my way back to it, rebuilding strength, rebuilding confidence and learning to meet my body where it’s at 💛

I think sometimes we forget that movement doesn’t have to look the same in every stage of life.

Some days it’s a full workout, some days it’s stretching, walking or curling up on the sofa!
