🌕 MOON SWIM CANCELLED....ROAST BEEF DINNER 🤤

As much as I LOVE swimming in the dark, I think I love a Sunday roast even more! 🤣 especially when the beef is cooked on the DEHYDRATE setting in the air fryer.... OMG! Pink, tender, juicy and exactly how it should be! 🤤

The best bit? 🥰 With Slimming World, lean beef, potatoes and veggies are Free Food, and my Yorkshire pudding is planned in using my SWIPS!

Healthy eating doesn't mean missing out on the foods you love! ❤️

🥶🩵 10.5°C… and absolutely worth it! 🩵🥶

My first swim after sunning myself and just look at those views! 🍂🍁

The most beautiful reflections on the water, those gorgeous autumn colours and, of course, a little visit from the kingfisher 🐦💙 The kind of morning that makes you stop, take a deep breath and appreciate just how lucky we are to have places like this on our doorstep.

Was it chilly getting in? ABSOLUTELY! 😂🥶 But sometimes the best things are the ones that push you a little outside your comfort zone.

And now, back home to tuck into some baked oats to warm me up and set me up for the day. 🥣❤️

Fresh air, cold water, nature and a good breakfast… the perfect start to the day! 🥰
