Carry this into your week. 💛

Your ideas don't need an apology before they're spoken.

They deserve to be heard.

Supporting women to feel seen, supported and more confident at work.

Carry this into your weekend. 💛

Growth often happens so gradually that we forget to notice it.

I've lost count of the number of conversations that have sounded a little like this.

Not because women aren't achieving enough.

Because they're rarely giving themselves credit for everything they've already done.

The to-do list grows.

The day ends.

And somehow the unfinished tasks become louder than everything that was accomplished.

It makes me wonder how different our working lives might feel if we measured success by progress instead of perfection.

That's one of the everyday workplace experiences that helped shape the support you'll find inside the free HerPathway™ app.

💛 You don't have to finish everything today for today to have been enough.

Some journeys begin long before we realise we're on them. ❤️

Earlier this year, I had the honour of being part of the .business campaign, celebrating Black entrepreneurs across West Yorkshire.

As we mark Black History Month, I've found myself reflecting on my own journey and the generations of women who came before me.

Especially my mother, who faced daily challenges and barriers at work yet showed strength and resilience in ways I appreciate even more today.

Her experiences helped shape my story. And my own lived experiences have helped shape my purpose.

That's part of why I'm building .

To take the lessons, wisdom and experiences we've gathered along the way and turn them into something meaningful. A space where women of all backgrounds can share their stories, feel seen, support one another and find the confidence to not just survive, but truly thrive at work.

Because when women share their experiences, we don't just honour where we've come from. We help create new pathways for those coming after us. 💜

And for me, that's what makes this journey of building HerPathway so meaningful. ✨️✨️✨️

You finally reach the role you worked so hard for.

And then discover there's barely enough space left to look after yourself.

The diary is full.

Everyone needs something.

Lunch happens between meetings.

You reply to messages long after the working day has ended.

And somehow being constantly available starts to feel like proof that you're doing a good job.

But success shouldn't require you to slowly disappear from your own life.

Looking after yourself isn't a lack of commitment.

Having boundaries doesn't make you less ambitious.

And being exhausted shouldn't be the evidence that you've earned your place.

A career can matter deeply to you without costing you your health.

HerPathway exists to put words around workplace experiences women are often expected to carry silently.

🤍 Success should leave room for you too.

✨ Perhaps not every difficult interaction deserves to stay with you.

Some conversations are uncomfortable.

Some feedback feels difficult to hear.

Some personalities naturally challenge us more than others.

But not every interaction deserves to occupy your thoughts long after it's over.

Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is allow ourselves to let it go.

To trust ourselves instead of replaying every detail.

This conversation doesn't have to end here. We created this micro-coaching session inside the free HerPathway app to help you approach difficult workplace moments with greater confidence and clarity.
💬 Is there a conversation you've been carrying that you're ready to put down?

Being interrupted can make us question ourselves in an instant. Yet calmly returning to your point is a powerful act of self-respect. Your ideas deserve to be heard, and your voice belongs in every room you're invited into.

This ‘Gentle Workday Resets’ series offers small actions designed to help women reconnect with themselves in real time at work.

Because sustainable confidence is not built through constant pushing. It is built through presence, self-awareness and nervous system safety.

Save for later or share with someone who might need the reminder.

The moments we don’t always talk about at work can be the ones that quietly affect us the most.

The meeting you replay in your head.
The confidence wobble nobody sees.
The pressure to keep going when you’re exhausted.
The feeling that you should be coping better.
The parts of yourself you’ve learnt to question, minimise or leave at the door.

I’m SJ, the founder of HerPathway™, and I created it to make more space for the workplace experiences women are often carrying quietly.

That’s why I personally wrote every one of the HerPathway™ Micro-Coaching Sessions you’ll find in the app.

Short, supportive sessions designed around the real moments women experience at work - helping you pause, understand what’s really going on, challenge the story you may be telling yourself and make one small, meaningful shift.

Not to tell you that you need fixing.

But to help you feel more understood, more supported and more confident navigating work in a way that still feels like you.

There are now 30 free micro-coaching sessions waiting for you to explore inside the HerPathway™ app - covering the everyday workplace moments, confidence wobbles, pressures and transitions that so many of us experience, but don’t always talk about.

The latest version of the HerPathway™ app is FREE to download from the Apple App Store, and you can explore all 30 micro-coaching sessions for free.

Because sometimes, a small shift in how you see the moment can change how you move through it.
