There is power in ending.
It takes you to the beginnings of what is meant for you.

As I look back over the last 25 years of friendship with one of the most incredible women in my life, Iโm reminded of something I wrote a couple of years agoโฆ
We crave deep, meaningful conversations as human beings. We need connection. We need to feel heard. We grow through what we go through, and we begin to heal the moment we feel heard.
The older I get, the more I realise that healing isnโt just something that happens in a therapy room. It happens over cups of tea, in late-night conversations, in moments of laughter, tears, silence, honesty and unwavering presence.
Itโs why I was drawn to Kinesiology and Energy Healing.
Because beneath every symptom is a story.
Beneath every story is a person longing to be seen.
And sometimes the greatest gift we can offer one another is simply the space to be fully ourselves.
Looking back, I can see that this philosophy has quietly shaped everything Iโve done over the years.
And now, as one chapter comes to an end, another is beginning.
Over the coming weeks Iโll be saying goodbye to Balanced Health as many of you have known it. Not because the mission has changed, but because Iโve grownโand the vision has grown with me.
I canโt wait to share whatโs next.
But todayโฆ
Today is simply about gratitude.
To my beautiful friend, Jenโฆ thank you for 25 years of friendship, love, laughter, truth and the kind of conversations that have helped shape the woman I am today. Some friendships donโt just witness your lifeโthey become part of your healing.
I love you. Hereโs to the next 25. โค๏ธ
