🌿 Just 2 days to go…

It’s hard to believe that just a few months ago, this was us sitting in the car after viewing the venue.

We looked at each other, smiled and said, “This is the one.”

That moment marked the beginning of a journey we’ve poured our hearts into. Months of planning, conversations, ideas and teamwork have all led to this weekend.

In just 2 days, we’ll be welcoming an incredible group of people for a day of connection, reflection, movement, sound, laughter and community.

Watching this video now brings back so many memories of where it all began, and it’s amazing to think it’s finally here.

💚 A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported us along the way…we genuinely can’t wait to welcome you.

✨ Today is the final full day to book your place. We only have a handful of spaces remaining.

If you’re on a low income, an unpaid carer, or need a little extra support to attend, please get in touch. We still have 2 subsidised places available.

Come as you are. Give yourself permission to pause, reconnect and embrace the journey.

🌿 Just 4 days to go!

At the heart of our retreat is the Agartha Immersive Sound Journey, lovingly created by Milan and his incredible team. Through live instruments, healing frequencies and sound, you’ll be invited to slow down, let go and journey inwards in a truly unique and deeply restorative experience.

As the day draws to a close, we’ll gather around the fire after dinner, where Milan, Nancy, Emma and the team will share live music, creating a beautiful space for connection, reflection and celebration beneath the evening sky along with some drums. 🔥🎶

From the opening circle to the closing fire ceremony, every element of the day has been carefully considered to help you feel safe, supported and able to simply be yourself.

There are only a limited number of places remaining.

If you’re on a low income, are an unpaid carer, or need a little extra support to attend, we’d love to help. We still have 3 subsidised places available…please get in touch with us.

Give yourself the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, embrace the journey and experience a day of rest, reflection and genuine connection.

Come as you are 💚

🎶 Meet the Team: Milan 🎶

We’re delighted to introduce Milan, who will be helping to hold space throughout our Root & Rise Adult Retreat on Saturday 1st August and leading our immersive sound journey alongside his incredible Agartha team.

A music producer, DJ and founder of Agartha, Milan has spent over a decade creating music and crafting deeply immersive sound experiences. His passion lies in using sound not just as something we hear, but as something we feel…creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and explore a deeper sense of presence.

Through Agartha, Milan has brought together a talented team of musicians to create sound journeys that blend cinematic soundscapes with beautiful live instrumentation. Together, they create an experience that gently supports relaxation, reflection and connection throughout the retreat.

Beyond music, Milan’s journey has been rooted in personal growth and supporting others. With years of experience working closely with men’s wellbeing, alongside his studies in Angelic Reiki and plant medicine traditions, he brings a calm, grounded presence and a genuine passion for creating spaces where people feel safe to simply be themselves.

At Root & Rise, we believe music has the power to move us in ways words often cannot. We’re incredibly grateful to have Milan and the Agartha team sharing their gifts as part of what promises to be a truly special day.
