At True Colours CIC, we support adults and children with autism and learning disabilities to develop independence, build confidence, achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful opportunities.
We have several vacancies across our services and, importantly, we have people waiting to access the support we provide.
We need dedicated people who genuinely want to work with us and understand the importance of turning up, being dependable and following through on their commitments.

We operate across weekdays, evenings and weekends, with staff working on a rolling rota.
Both full-time and part-time positions offer guaranteed contracted hours.
