**IMPORTANT PILATES UPDATE**

We will be discontinuing our Pilates classes early in October this year. Our final classes will take place on Thursday 8th October 2026, and all classes are now open and available to book to this date.

This has not been an easy decision. Pilates has been an important part of our clinic for many years, and we know this news will be disappointing for many of you.

Thank you for being part of our Pilates journey.

We've had a little re-work of our Pilates timetable.
Although we may have said cheerio to some classes, we've also added in some new classes and times 😁

Hopefully you'll find it a little easier to ready too.
