Our beautiful lidos in Hitchin & Letchworth close for the season next week! 💦
It’s been such a beautiful summer of outdoor swimming. If you can, get down there and make the most of it! ☀️
For me, swimming is therapy. There’s something magical about the power of water — it clears the mind, calms the nervous system and brings me back to myself. 💙
